金属雕花保温板在打密封胶时的注意事项

金属雕花保温板表面经特殊图层处理过的彩色浮雕饰面金属板，它在施工时需要用到胶来粘贴，以取得一个较好的固定效果，密封胶的效果比较好一般我们会采用密封胶，那么在打密封胶时应注意哪些问题呢？
首先要用专用的清洁剂将需要施胶的板面清洗干净，宽度的要求弹出分格线再沿线贴上纸胶带，并且分格缝宽度控制在6mm~15mm成品配套件如需要拼接时，缝宽宜不大于3mm进行满注胶处理。
然后再用耐候密封胶进行勾缝，密封胶的薄处不要小于3.5mm，填缝要饱满密实、连续均匀无气泡，挤压前在板缝两侧饰面层上粘贴纸胶带在挤注过程中枪嘴应伸入缝隙内大约4mm以上，连续进行、均匀缓慢地移动。
在打密封胶时可以采用平胶缝，覆盖板材间缝隙表面1到2mm挤注耐候密封胶后应顺着一个方向立即进行胶缝的修刮平整，不可以来回反复地移动，施胶完毕后将纸胶带拉掉即可不要让它粘贴在板面上的时间超过两小时，以免造成对板面漆膜的破坏。在给金属雕花保温板打密封胶时要注意的还远远不止这些，它对温度和基材湿度还有要求，打胶作业的基材表面温度要在0-50℃之间并且在施胶时基材表面要保持干燥。
金属雕花板厂家强调在给金属雕花保温板施胶之前要先将板材的外表清理干净，只有清理干净做好干燥处理了胶才能更加结实牢固。
